This weeks Workout Wednesday is focusing on High Intensity Training!! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Œ  5 sets, 30 secs ON 20 secs OFF each exercise: MedBall Slams MedBall Pushup Ladder Prowler Pull & Push Battle Ropes (15 sec each arm)
